These bylaws, the Local Church Constitution, and the Manual of The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada constitute the governing documents of the church.
According to the requirement from the Pacific Disctric, the Bylaws are reviewed every 5 years. The Bylaw Review committee has finished the review. You may download and review the revised version. The next review will be motioned on the Annual Meeting 2025.

Baptism is one of the traditional sacraments of the Christian church. Through baptism, Christians can confess their sins and repente, experience a new life of being dead, buried, and resurrected with Christ, and commit to becoming disciples of the Lord Jesus. You are welcome to walk with us to understand What We Believe before you make the decision.
If you wish to undergo baptism in our church, you will need to:
1. Become a Christian by accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior.
2. Complete our Baptism course.
3. Fill out the application form and submit it to our pastor or elders.
4. Meet with the pastor or elders for confirmation.
Applicants who receive baptism in our church not only signify their union with Christ but also express their willingness to join the church as members, fulfilling the responsibilities of membership. In this family of faith, they faithfully serve God, help others, and proclaim the salvation of Jesus Christ.

2. Attend a membership class.
3. Meet with the pastor or elders for confirmation.
If you are already a member of another denomination, joining our church will not affect your current membership.
If you are not a Christian, you will first need to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. If you are already a Christian but have not been baptized, you can undergo baptism at our church according to the baptism application process. After baptism, you will officially become a member of the Victoria Chinese Alliance Church.
